Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website, on what legal basis, for how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
It is written to describe this website specifically. It does not describe data processing inside our products or under a client contract — those are governed separately.
1. Who the controller is

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. We are not required to, because this website’s processing is neither large-scale systematic monitoring nor processing of special categories of data.
2. What we process
Technical connection data. Our servers and the network in front of them record ordinary request information — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, the referring page, the user agent. This happens for every website and cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
Analytics data, only if you consent. If you allow the analytics category in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data about your visit — pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser characteristics, and an identifier stored in your browser that allows repeated visits to be recognised as one session series.
Your consent choice itself. The cookie banner stores what you chose and when, so that we can honour it on your next visit and demonstrate that consent was obtained.
That is the complete list. In particular:
- This website has no contact form, no newsletter and no user accounts. We cannot collect your name, email address or phone number through it, because there is nowhere to enter them.
- We do not buy, enrich or combine this data with data from other sources.
- We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile you.
If you email us, we process that email in order to reply to it. That is ordinary correspondence, not something this website collects.
3. Why, and on what legal basis

Analytics runs on consent and nothing else. Until you make a choice, Google Consent Mode is set to denied by default, so no analytics or advertising identifiers are set. If you decline, none are set at all.
4. Cookies and similar storage
The site uses a consent banner — our own product, My Cookies — which lists every category and the services inside it, and lets you accept or reject each category separately.
The banner is the authoritative, current list. It is reachable from every page, and it reflects exactly what is configured right now. We deliberately do not duplicate that list here, because a table copied into a legal page goes out of date the moment the configuration changes, and a privacy policy that disagrees with the actual banner is worse than no table at all.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by reopening the banner. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of what was processed before you withdrew it.
5. Who else sees the data
Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics, but only after you consent to analytics. Google acts as our processor for this. Google may transfer data outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Our hosting and network providers, who process technical connection data purely in order to deliver the site to you.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. There is no advertising pixel on this site.
Public authorities may receive data where a law requires us to provide it.
6. How long we keep it
Analytics data: 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically under the retention setting on our property.
Technical connection data: only as long as it is needed for security, debugging and abuse prevention, and then discarded.
Your consent record: for as long as the consent is valid, plus the period in which we might have to demonstrate it was given.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to:
- give you access to the personal data we hold about you, and a copy of it;
- correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
- erase it, where we have no overriding reason to keep it;
- restrict how we process it while a dispute about it is resolved;
- port it to another controller in a machine-readable form, where processing rests on consent and is automated;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest, including on grounds relating to your particular situation;
- withdraw consent at any time, which for analytics takes effect immediately through the banner.
Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. We may ask you for enough information to be sure we are talking to the right person — that is a safeguard for you, not an obstacle.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Czech supervisory authority:

We would rather you told us first, but that is your right and you do not need our agreement to use it.
8. Changes
If we change what this site does with data, we change this page, and the date below changes with it. Material changes to processing that relies on consent mean asking for consent again — not quietly editing a page.
